Planet Intra today announced that its "instant Intranet" software will
be
bundled in Donovan's Penguin64 Lite - the first 64bit server running
the
Linux operating system for under $2,000. Donovan will pre-install the
software on 18,000 servers annually, giving customers a 10-user license
and
the ability to add users for a nominal fee.
Planet Intra, headquartered in Mountain View Calif., offers an Instant
Intranet Portal (IIP), designed for small to medium-sized enterprises,
or
corporate divisions, that seek secure, affordable and customizable
solutions
for information sharing and collaboration
